A: For framing, I have Proctor Wall Lifts and I also lease a boom for moving sheathing, lumber, etc. Up until 1996, I framed homes up to 7,100 square feet with one employee and no boom lift or Proctor Wall Lifts. I didn't take any longer than a large crew since I didn't fight my framing-my building was square, level and parallel. Then, I hired two employees and a boom lift. I wasn't getting any more noticable work completed so, in 2005,  I began solely doing the work with Lori and the proper equipment .

A: My minor son wanted to work with me, but in Washington he couldn't legally work in the construction trade with me so we moved to Idaho in 2005. He is now 18 and can work with us in Washington on our larger projects. We have a self contained RV we stay in for our out of area jobs.  Usually we set this up in a RV park close to our work, but, in remote locations, we can set up on site.

A: Yes. Please contact me to discuss your project.

A: I install products/material to manufacturers (mfg) specifications, so you will have the mfg warranty.
I guarantee, in writing, my work for a minimum of 1 year, depending on the work performed.
As an example, framing should be permanently warrantied against defects, and, siding, fascia, soffit, and decks will last several years, typically past the mfg warranty with proper homeowner maintenance..

A:
  • I will put everything in writing
  • During the bidding stage, I will get you one material quote as well as my labor cost. If I am then chosen as your contractor, I will get several material quotes to get you the best cost/material and the actual quotes will be submitted to you for your approval. I do not add on fees to do this. It is part of the homebuilding process
  •
I will complete the job on schedule and within budget
  • I will be fully available to you during, and after, the building process to assure your satisfaction
  • I will only be working on your job-I do not contract more than one project at a time
  • I will minimize waste of material-please-feel free to discuss this in detaIl with me
